At ALBA Bags, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalised orders
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@albabags.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@albabags.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
